We are in the process of improving the path to run in parallel with the existing right of way. We have already replanted half of it with hard-wearing grass. this will be for foot traffic and mobility vehicles only (for a smoother ride and no ruts!)
Sam has been topping (cutting down) the winter cover crop in here ready to plant a feed crop.
As soon as it’s dry enough, this field will be ploughed ready for a wheat/bean crop at one end and barley/peas at the other. All to feed the pigs!
